As a professional wedding Photographer & videographer, I am all about the details. I truly enjoy working with my couples to figure out the best way to show their love on their special day. Whether it’s details during Bride and Groom prep or those little extra’s spread throughout the reception, I am here to help. Nowadays most couples start their wedding planning on Pinterest and slowly compile the images that best reflect their wedding day. Let’s get real here, sometimes those wedding details just don’t fit in the budget, but I’m here to say you can still get those Pinterest-worthy photos by adding some simple wedding details to your big day. Today, I wanted to share some four of my favorite must-have details to make your day extra special.

1. Bride/Groom Prep (Outfits)

Matching Bride prep outfits are continuing to be a wedding details trend and I am so happy that it isn’t going anywhere. More and more brides are choosing classic and trendy outfit choices for them and their maids to sport while getting hair and makeup done. This is one of my favorite wedding details and I love to see the choices my brides make, it truly shows their personality and wedding style. It also makes for great photos with the girls!

2. Ring Shot Details | Flat lay

Now it’s time to show off those gorgeous rings you have worked so hard to get. There are so many ways to get beautiful shots of your rings and other small details such as your invitation suite. Your photographer will do most of the work making all your details shine but supplying the right items always helps! It may sound weird get get a beautiful perfume bottle for your wedding details shot but trust me it looks amazing! Here are some of the details my brides have pulled together to get the look they wanted.

TIP: Ask your florist for some extra flowers that the photographer can use for photos.

3. Wedding Hangers (Bride and Bridesmaids )

The trend of wedding hangers has been growing steadily in the last few years as it should. A gorgeous dress deserves to be displayed on an equally gorgeous hanger. There are so many options to choose from whether you are looking for one with your new last name or just a simple wooden hanger to accent.

4. Wedding Shoes

Let’s get serious here…Who doesn’t love a gorgeous pair of shoes?! Shoes make for beautiful photos and my rule the more bling the better! These are great details to have your photographer shoot and you will be so happy you did.
